Registration:

Registration desk will be open at:
Sunday, Nov. 6th, 17:00-20:00      in front of the room “Orbit Hall” (Room A/B) on the B1 floor
Monday, Nov. 7th, 8:00-17:00       as above
Tuesday, Nov. 8th and Wednesday, Nov. 9th, 8:30-17:00　　　as above

Reception

Welcome reception will be given on Sunday, November 6th, 17:00-20:00, in the room “Gekko” on the 2nd floor of the venue, Hotel Hankyu Expo Park. Light foods and drink will be served.
At the same time, registration desk will be open in front of the main session room “Orbit Hall” (Room A/B) on the B1 floor of the venue, Hotel Hankyu Expo Park.

Banquet

Conference Banquet will be held on Wednesday, November 9th, 18:30-20:30, in the room “Seiun” on the 2nd floor of the venue, Hotel Hankyu Expo Park.
Award ceremony will be carried out for “nac High-Speed Imaging Award”, “ICHSIP-31 Best Poster Award”, and “SLOW MOTION VIDEO AWARD” during the banquet.

Lunch/Coffee

Lunch will be served from Monday, Nov. 7th to Wednesday, Nov. 9th in the room “Izumi” and its lobby, right next door from the “Orbit Hall”.
Coffee will be served in the foyer of the “Orbit Hall” (Room A/B) and the lobby of the room “Izumi” at break time.

Tours

Part of the schedule of the tours has been modified from the original plan, because of the very tight program schedule.

1. A short Excursion to Gekko-XII of Institute of Laser Engineering, Osaka University
   (Changed to Afternoon of Nov. 10th, Thursday)　
   leave from the venue by bus　　　13:00

   Back to the venue by bus　　　14:00                  
2. Tour to Himeji Castle for accompanying persons (Nov.8th)
3. Post Conference Tour to Kyoto (Nov. 11th)
